This picture I took when I went to San Carlos, MX this past spring break, reminded me of Gabriel Garcia Marquez tale
The Incredible and Sad Tale of Innocent Erendira and Her Heartless Grandmother. It reminded me so much of this tale because San Carlos is also a desert, and everytime they would mention the sea this is what came to my mind.
